Our Story
The co-founders who comprise Integrity Rx Partners have 45+ years of collective experience including roles in pharmacy benefit consulting, PBM sales leadership, hands-on patient care, and clinical leadership allowing us to educate and empower self-insured employer groups to make smart selections when creating a pharmacy benefit. We know what questions to ask and we’ve got some opinions about what's wrong with how the market works today.
IRxP believes in long term relationships with our brokers and clients. For those to thrive, there has to be open and honest conversation. We promise that. Always.
Solutions should align with a client’s financial and coverage goals - they should be auditable and actionable with no conflict of interest that might get in the way of success. Our fees are clear, and we will always act in the best interests of our clients.
We started this company to help groups provide thoughtful, accessible, and sustainable pharmacy benefits for their employees and families.

Meet The Team
Jason has 16 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmacy benefits industry. Through his diverse experience working with PBM's, TPA's, and employer coalitions he has become a trusted advisor to each of his partners - Jason has built long-lasting relationships within organizations across the country. Partnering with benefit consultants and risk management organizations, he continues to be an advocate for self-insured businesses of all sizes and works hard to make sure that his clients have the best possible service and financial experiences.
Jason and Melissa, his wife of 15 years, have a 13 year old daughter and an 11 year old son. He has a passion for all things sports, especially golf, along with a love of traveling with his family and friends.
He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio Christian University.
Kelly celebrates all of the twists and turns that her almost 30 year pharmacy career has offered her! Her journey includes many years taking care of patients in the community pharmacy setting. She is at her very best when mentoring and teaching future pharmacists at University of North Texas. Her foray into managed care began with the Blues in Buffalo in 2002 and has since included several PBM clinical leadership and consulting roles as well as participation on PBM national consulting boards. She is certified in Geriatrics and Pharmacogenomics.
When she is not working, Kelly loves to hang out with her two very cool grown kids playing pickleball or board games. She loves music, collects vinyl, and saw her first concert at Red Rocks last summer! Above all, Kelly is a true animal lover - she has backyard hens and a few too many senior rescue dogs.
Her goal is to leave the world a little better than she found it.

With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Shelby has spent the last decade specializing in benefit plan cost mitigation strategies for self-insured employers. Most recently, in her seven-year career at RxBenefits. Inc., she successfully lead her teams of Account Executives and Account Managers in managing a diverse client portfolio, implementing strategic account plans, and navigating the complexities of prescription benefits, drug formulary management, and regulatory compliance within the PBM landscape.
Shelby is passionate about enhancing client satisfaction and driving operational efficiencies. Her proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and industry expertise underscores her ability to deliver impactful results in dynamic and challenging environments.
Personally, as a Florida native, she finds joy in spending time by the water. She and her daughter cherish beach days, making the most of every opportunity to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf.
